The Rhythm Centre

Our Intention

Our intention and aspirations is to engage in an open studio experiential process of creating and making art and engaging in Movement, Witness, Dialogue with Imagery .Intention for self, and community . The Rhythm Centre will emerge and guide the experience of this movement journey.

We will provide an opportunity to work together to make our services available to everyone, by offering a wider class price range, discounts to tribe members, work trade opportunities and scholarship funds for a much needed space for community, and ritual .

These practical-based workshops and courses introduce you to participants who will share group-work with movement improvisation and imagery. The group will meet each week and encourage you to explore links between Sensation, Imagery, Movement, and Self-expression. You will be asked to keep a journal and create a movement presentation with an accompanying narrative. You are required to wear suitable clothing. No experience of dance practice is required, just a commitment to the course and a willingness to use movement as exploration .The Rhythm centre patrons include Gabriel Roth's son Jonathon Horan from New York.
