Training Costs

Congratulations you are registering for a wonderful course /classes /workshop /events either in Bali Indonesia or Perth Western Australia. To keep the integrity of our classes intact, we do limit our enrollment on most of our classes . So best to register sooner than later to guarantee your place . In order to keep our classes/workshops engaging we contract the teachers’ time for the entire length of each class.

Therefore, because of our professional obligation to the teacher , refunds or credits will only be given to individuals who cancel for emergency situations. (Emergency related events will require proof of hospitalization , etc. ). We will however attempt to apply the fee (minus administrative fees) to another class/event if possible.

There is a $35.00 fee for checks returned for non-sufficient funds. This along with balance must be paid in either money order or cash before you resume the class. Payment in full is preferred in order to secure a class/workshop /course . If not possible, a $100 deposit is required to register for any class or workshop priced over $100.00. Money Order or draft (Made payable to The Rhythm Centre ) Credit Cards (Visa ,Master Card Made payable to The Rhythm Centre PayPal (send funds to info@therhythmcentre.com) Note personal checks will be accepted from Australians but only if the fee is paid prior to the early bird date.

The Rhythm Centre reserves the right to postpone or cancel a class/workshop/event due to unforeseen circumstances. The Rhythm Centre reserves the right to postpone a class for up to a period of 8 weeks. The Rhythm Centre reserves the right to hire a substitute teacher of equal caliber if the situation warrants it. The Rhythm Centre reserves the right to use photos or written testimonials students may give about a class as promotional material.

Return Cheque Policy

Refund Policy

Any student may withdraw from the training within one week (7 days ) after the end of the first training week and receive and 80 % refund of the tuition . This refers to the total tuition payable including by instalment plan . After that , no refunds will be granted . Students will be held to this agreement ,regardless of future attendance and /or completion of the training . In extraordinary circumstances we will consider requests for refunds or release from the payment contract . However the final decision in such matter will rest with The Rhythm Centre .

Cancellation Policy

Payment in full is due with any registration and there is a non-refundable cancellation fee of $50. There will be no refunds given after the two week (14 calendar days) mark prior workshops . The Rhythm Centre reserves the right to cancel the course due to unforeseen/unavoidable circumstances. In the event of cancellation The Rhythm Cetnre. will not be responsible for any charges incurred by the registrant due to cancellation of the course, other than the course registration fee.

The Rhythm Centre reserves the right to cancel any programs at any time. In the event you will be given a full refund

Attendance

Trainees may miss no more than five days in any year, and no more than 10 days during the whole course of the professional training program, without having to make formal arrangements with the The Rhythm Centre Program Director(s) to make up missed class time. Trainees are responsible for the content of the missed material. Make-up work is to be done as soon as possible and if done in another training program, it must be comparable in both content and stage of the original training process. If a trainee has to interrupt the training program and wishes to continue in another program after a period of time, the Program directors at the Rhythm Centre will determine eligibility to do so on a case-by-case basis. All trainees must complete their training process within a set period See the Program director for information.

Living Expenses

Student /Trainees will be solely responsible for their housing, transportation and food expenses during training segments. The staff of the Rhythm Centre will assist whenever possible by providing referrals, housing and commuting information, local maps.

Books & Other Course Costs

Remember, your tuition fee for workshops or course fee does not cover things like books, USB sticks, paper, pens, printing credits, hiring equipment, trips etc.. If you budget for $20 a week then you should find you have more than enough, even if you have to spend some of this up front.
